Service Description
Helmly provides a WordPress site management platform including bulk updates, uptime monitoring, automated backups, security scanning, an AI assistant, and client intelligence features. Features vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. AI credit top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased.

Helmly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or security incidents on your WordPress sites.
